Named in honor of former Presbyterian Senior Living CEO, Reverend Albert Schartner, we’ve created a host of maintenance-free affordable senior housing options ideal for seniors, age 62 and older, with no lump-sum or community buy-in fee.

Schartner House offers comfortable and well-quipped one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with elevator accessibility surrounded by a walking trail, landscaped spaces and a community building (now in planning stages for future construction) within easy walking distance.

The apartment building features a dynamic living room foyer off of the front porch. Other gathering places within the building include a community room, common laundries and large lobbies on each floor. And all apartments are assigned one free parking space in the ground floor garage.
